Royalty-Free Music License Agreement

Licensor: BLANK STATES L.C.
Licensee: Any customer who purchases or downloads the music from www.blankxstates.com/marketplace.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the provided music instrumental ("Music") for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

Licensee may use the Music in:

YouTube videos, podcasts, and social media posts
Films, TV shows, commercials, and advertisements
Video games, apps, and software
Personal and client projects
Live performances and events

No additional royalties or fees are required beyond the original purchase.

3. Restrictions

Licensee may not:

Resell, redistribute, or repackage the Music as standalone audio
Claim ownership of the Music
Register the Music with any rights management organization (e.g., Content ID, BMI, ASCAP)
Use the Music in projects promoting hate, violence, or illegal activities

4. Ownership

The Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the Music. This license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

5. Termination

This license is valid indefinitely unless Licensee breaches any terms. Upon breach, the license automatically terminates, and Licensee must immediately cease all use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Music.

7. Acceptance

By purchasing or downloading the Music, Licensee agrees to the terms of this License.
